The Twitter-verse is getting warmed up with the tweets mentioning that newest flagship database release, 12c is available download over edelivery website of Oracle, at the moment for Linux only. So it means, may be the public release is going to happen soon? No idea about that and neither about the licensing related information about too but if you want to get your hands on 12c, this is the time to check the Edelivery  website.
